INVISIBLE HURTS
Come as you are.
You are seen.
You are safe.
You belong.

Come as you are.
You are seen.
You are safe.
You belong.
So glad you found us! Please stay awhile…

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we hoped.
You may be navigating betrayal, grief, emotional abuse, family conflict, or simply feeling overwhelmed, but you don’t have to face it alone.
Invisible Hurts was created to offer compassionate support, practical tools, and genuine hope—one conversation, one retreat, and one step at a time.
Whether you are looking for one-on-one Life Coaching or Brainspotting with Judee, a welcoming community of women who encourage one another and interact in real time every day, or one of our 12 monthly retreats focused on healing and personal growth, you’ll find a place to belong … and we’re so glad you’re here!
Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t advice—it’s having someone come alongside you with compassion, wisdom, and hope as you navigate life’s most difficult seasons.

Life coaching is a supportive partnership that helps you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll focus on practical steps that move you from surviving to thriving—building a future filled with confidence, purpose, and hope.

Brainspotting helps the brain process unresolved trauma stored deep within the nervous system. Unlike talk therapy alone, it often reaches places words cannot. Many clients experience greater calm, emotional relief, and renewed hope as healing unfolds.

Meet Judee Southern
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping women discover their worth, find hope, and heal from life’s invisible hurts.
Over the years, I’ve learned something important:
Some wounds are visible… and some are not.
The deepest hurts are often the ones no one else can see. They don’t show up on an X-ray or leave a scar that others recognize, yet they quietly shape how we think, feel, love, and live.
I know what it’s like to smile on the outside while carrying burdens on the inside.
That’s why I created Invisible Hurts—a place where women can feel seen, heard, understood, and gently guided toward healing.
My journey has taken many different paths. I earned a graduate degree from Simmons University in Communication and Spanish, homeschooled my five children, founded and directed a classical ballet school, established a private education center and high school in New Hampshire, and have spent much of my life encouraging, teaching, and walking alongside women through life’s many seasons.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as a Life Coach, Brainspotting Specialist, author, speaker, and support group facilitator.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, betrayal, anxiety, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, my desire is to provide a safe place where healing can begin.
Not because I have all the answers…
But because I believe no woman should have to walk through her pain alone.
Recently, I was holding a small ceramic figurine my grandmother gave me when I was twelve years old. Over the years, it has been knocked over and broken more times than I can count. I’ve carefully glued it back together again and again, and even today it still bears the cracks from every break.
Sometimes, when I look at that little figurine…
I see myself.
Still standing.
Still whole.
Yet carrying the evidence of every wound I’ve survived.
Maybe you feel that way too.
The beautiful truth is that healing doesn’t require us to pretend we’ve never been broken. It invites us to discover that our scars don’t have the final word.
If you’re carrying invisible hurts that no one else seems to understand…
I’m here to walk beside you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply have to take the first step.
Welcome home. ❤️
