Starting over can cause no small amount of anxiety and/or depression, and there is no shame in leaning into support. So, come join a community that understands your plight and will help you feel validated and less alone in your unique journey towards healing and wholeness...

$20 A WEEK WITH ROLLING ADMISSION ~ STAY IN THE GROUP FOR AS LONG AS YOU NEED!
I am so excited to meet you and to witness the formation of close-knit groups where each member feels safe, heard, encouraged, and empowered. Any information you need will be emailed to you well before the group sessions begin. Also, each week you will receive a link for the ZOOM meeting.
*No book is required at t his time. but the group will be loosely
based on the effective and healing "Divorce Care" model.
This group will meet on Thursday nights (EST) from 7-9 pm
The first 8 week session times are scheduled for:
1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10 2/17, 2/24, 3/3. 3/10
*The next 8-week session will begin on Thursday, 3/17/22
**No book is required at this time.
This group will meet on Thursdays from 1:00 - 3:00 pm (EST)
The first 8 week session times are scheduled for:

*The second 8 week session will begin on Thursday, 4/7/22

Weekly groups will be limited to 12 members, ensuring that each participant has plenty of time each week to "check in" and receive feedback. If a group has already filled up, send an email to judeesbiz@gmail.com and we will add you to the waiting list. If there is enough demand, we will form a new group!
Invisible Hurts Life Coaching offers these weekly support groups to help you deal with life's biggest challenges, like betrayal, divorce, and medical crises/trauma. Your heartbreak will be validated and you will be equipped to face your future, with the right tools for your unique journey.
